Communication with owner was diabolical from the start. The booking conditions state that 50% will be taken out of account a few weeks before booking date. Instead, the full amount was debited night of booking. Owner did not respond to questions regarding this. Apartment is in bad state. Chipped plates, worn furniture and half the batteries are missing from remotes to aircos to reduce costs. Owner took a deposit of 180 euros which they promised to pay back within one day after departure. Guess what? We are still waiting 3 weeks later and have filed numerous complaints to booking.com about these scammers.

The flat is amazingly decorated, comfortable and close to everything you need- shops, bus stations, atractions. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent location, quiet area, efficient contact with owner

Disaster! Avoid this place! This was an absolute disaster. The door was locked with a physical key, and nobody was there to meet me. I arrived at the time I stated in my arrival request and even sent a WhatsApp message, but nobody showed up, and the key was locked. To make things worse, the owners completely ignored my WhatsApp messages. I was left standing in the rain for an hour, unable to enter, and had no choice but to book another hotel. Now, they’re claiming I was at the wrong door, which is a complete lie. According to the address they provided, I was at the correct location. They clearly didn’t care at all, didn’t even bother to apologize, and offered zero assistance. Horrible service—stay away!

Was delighted there was a lift as was on 4th floor and knees are not great. Read on wepbsite that there was no lift so happy when I seen the lift

Clean apartment in a great location.

We found it hard to get into the property. Booking confirmation stated someone would greet us. No one was there when we arrived despite communicating the arrival time. We instead had to use a complicated online key code / remote unlock service via Whatsapp link. Had to figure it all out on the doorstep in the busy street with all our bags, entering our passport info onto an unknown website, which was stressful and not expected. Unpleasant start to our stay. We also couldn't get any heating on the first evening but maintenance did eventually come the next day and found an issue with the air con controller. Communication was poor in trying to resolve this with host.
