"Disappointing"

We were very disappointed that the payment for the booking was charged 2mths before the due date and also charged twice by the host. After we sent several emails to the host with no responding, I had to raise the double charge to Booking to investigate it. Finally, the double charge was corrected. Overall, it was very difficult to communicate with the host either by emails or messages!

"Wonderful stay"

Location and decor were fantastic. Everything is in easy walkable reach. The bus from the airport takes you to a stop 2 mins walk away. Seville itself is stunning and has so much to offer.

This is being picky, but the dishes were chipped. The kitchen sink took ages to drain but has been reported and probably fixed by now.

Good location Spacious with ‘quirky decor’.

Not being met at the property as was arranged via automated text. Entry on arrival was weird as it appeared we were communicating with an ‘agency’ not the owner. Note: you must have internet access to download the ‘link’ to unlock the first two doors to gain entry to the building. We had a ‘data ESIM’ which enabled access to WhatsApp, but the link that was sent (via WhatsApp) couldn’t be downloaded!

"Huge terrace is the centre of Seville"

It's a lovely quirky (decoration wise) appartement at a central location in Seville. Everything is in walking distance, and public transportation is easily exassible. One of Its best features is the large terrace, which is lovely for breakfast or just enjoy the sun.

Although I loved the accommodation, communication with the host was a bit weird. I suspect a language barrier, but I prefer clear and professional communication.

"Perfect apartment for Seville break"

Location, apartment and its facilities all suited our stay in Seville. Had a lot of rain during our stay so wasn’t able to benefit from using roof terrace. Easy access to transport from bus station at Plaza de Armas to airport

Had some difficulty using the key to inner gate in lobby area.
