We had an unexpected serious illness that came up a week prior to our stay. The manager would not let us cancel our room for even a partial refund. We book lots of rooms due to multiple events we hold every weekend all over the US. I will not be choosing Choice Hotels to book anymore.

Room was very nice. It was very difficult to close the curtains in the room. Also the air dryer did not work

Just wasn't that great of a place. Didn't feel that clean, homeless people across the street. Dark

Room was okay.

Overall, the carpet was super dirty with stains. The carpet on the stairs was soaked every time we went up or down. The hotel smelled like weed.

Nice place

The pictures are very deceiving for this property. The staff is friendly enough, but you are certainly in a very rough area. Many homeless people hang out in the parking lot and on the adjacent street. The free "breakfast" is subpar and is very unappetizing. There was an odd smell in our room and we never got our room turned over in a 2 night stay. We won't be returning.
