Comfort Inn Moline - Quad Cities

We liked your location in proximity to where we were visiting and that you had an opening for the time we were in the area, now we know why (you will understand why this comment is made when you read below). These were our only two positives.

We missed the breakfast because we were misinformed about the time so we had an unplanned expense needing to go out and purchase a meal. The hall carpet was very dangerous (major tripping hazard). The mattresses were so unsupportive no one in our family were able to sleep. People were right outside the building smoking causing the smoke smell to enter our room which caused our room to smell nauseating. The front desk assistant was very inhospitable and unhelpful, making us feel as though they didn't want to assist us for something as simple as printing off the receipt.

Not as clean as I would like. Bathroom door would not close and there was hair and grime behind the bathroom door.

The water in the sink was backed up, plus it had a weird smell when we walked in

The up dates are pretty good except for the bathroom. The shower kept dripping and occasionally a small stream would come out. The bed was comfortable but seemed old and a little unsecured when first sit on it. Overall a good hotel staff friendly breakfast was good.

We picked this hotel for the pet accommodation fee and location to where we needed to be. The staff were friendly..

We made our reservation at the last minute, so we had to take what was available. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but the rooms definitely need an upgrade. The hallways and rooms smell heavily of stale cigarettes. The carpets are stained and could use a thorough cleaning and better vacuuming. The bathroom floor was dirty, and there was a small bar of soap left in the tub drain. Overall, the place felt very old, dirty, dingy — and the smell was overwhelming.

Very nicely kept. And custom omelets for breakfast.

Was a nice stay. They need to check the bathroom door though because it wouldn’t stay closed when you were in there easy maintenance fix. Very accommodating for our dog.
