The doorbell to get a staff member at the desk. I did not like that in the app it did not give the option to add your pet. So i had to pay again when arriving for pet fee. It would be more convenient if it allowed that option prior.

Bed was comfy. However, room needed attention, door was busted and held together with screws, furniture well worn and gouged. Continental breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and omelette making station.

Everything overall was good apart from the overall smell of the room, the toilet did not flush I had to manually fill the top of the toilet for it to work properly. As well as the bathroom sinks water had identical color and consistency of watered down milk even after allowing the water to run for several minutes.

The front staff was very nice. When we got in the rooms they were okay you could tell that they were not real clean. In one of the rooms the bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way because it hit the toilet. The tubs didn’t drain quickly when showering. The floors had sticky stuff still on them in a few spots (obviously not cleaned and wiped down) when we wiped the floor the towel came out black. It was disgusting. We didn’t eat there due to the way the room was we didn’t trust the cleaning of the breakfast kitchen.

I probably won’t stay again, we weren’t in the actual room long prior to bedtime, while getting ready we heard kids screaming. Not a huge deal at that moment but if I was trying to sleep i would be. The bedding was very wrinkly. I had a possible glue stain on the top comforter. My daughter grabbed a washcloth to wash her face this morning and it had red sauce on it from like spilled spaghetti or pizza. It grossed us out .. we didn’t shower or eat breakfast we left a little after 7am
