Location was fine. Close to other places we needed to go. Room was clean. Heat worked well. Bed was comfy. Direct TV was fine. Check in person was courteous. They rescued something I forgot and I was able to pick it up the next day.

Website and on line info didn’t mention pet fee. A bit unpleasant surprise when I found out it was $25 per night per cat for our two cats. Web information said pet friendly but should also post price so people know in advance. Also was told I’d have a receipt emailed to me the day after checkout but I have not yet received it and it has been 48 hours since I’ve checked out.

The staff was above and beyond exceptional!

For personal reasons I ended my stay early, the staff was very accommodating, lovely indeed.

The exterior was nice and it was easy to navigate.

The carpets need to be washed as soon as possible, there were a lot of stains when I got in my room.

We reserved a 2 night stay and were assigned room 207. Immediately when you open the door you can see touch up paint on the walls that clearly do not match the original paint. Walking further in we noticed our smoke alarm was not fully attached to the ceiling (thankfully it was working). The chair ottoman had a nice lovely stain which made me break out my ultraviolet light that is on my flashlight. We found a light stain on the top sheet of our bed and the bottom sheet was loose fitted like someone previously slept in it. Wasn't a tight sheet like normal hotel beds. The mattress itself was sunk in on both sides and in my opinion was not comfortable to sleep in. The light also revealed a toenail clipping on the floor beside the bed and other dirt debris so the carpet was not vacuumed for our stay. The toilet cover in the bathroom had a massive crack in it and the door panel to the bathroom door was deteriorating causing separation from the door frame. When taking a shower, the tub filled up with a lot of water at a high rate of speed because it was draining the water. I could have taken a bath with a complimentary shower. The bathroom mirror was also falling out of the mirror frame. All in all....we were over charged for a disgusting room.
