The motel had several nice features: good fridge size, nice AC unit, comfy bed, on river, restaurant right there, clean/few to no bugs. As others have said- it’s on a busy street - we were a few rooms in so were ok and weren’t bothered at all. It’s nice to be on the river - some fish and birds. But the road is right there. Overall a nice time especially if wanting to travel on a budget.

The location was perfect for rainbow springs tube trip. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful!! The restaurant was great !! Food was good and staff were friendly!!

Honestly everything and everyone were wonderful!! I can see how tight parking could be an issue but we had no problems as it wasn’t crowded the nights we stayed.
