The Gator Den

I reserved for our daughter and granddaughters who came into town they reported back that everything was just great they like the fact that the restaurant was just across the parking lot everything was quiet and comfortable and clean I will use it again in the future when they come to visit

I rented the room for our daughter and granddaughters and they indicated that their phones did not work inside the room but when they walked outside they could get service they were using Verizon some of the other people that they met outside of the room indicated the same concerns but it won't stop them from staying there again

My wife ordered a hamburger at the restaurant and it was tough, but manager would not remove charge or discount it. my grouper sandwich was great though! The room was a great price and very comfortable and the gentleman at front counter was very nice and accommodating!

Loved staying here. It's just a cool setting. Checked in at the bait shop, friendly, quick, and easy. Our room was newly remodeled, clean, and spacious, easy parking. 65 in TV with loads of channels. Walked about 75 feet to their outdoor bar/restaurant, The Blue Gator, overlooking the river. Beautiful setting. Karaoke was in full swing; bartenders were super friendly and fast. $12 fresh seafood gumbo, $10 pitcher of beer, can't beat that! Then, no driving, 2-minute walk to your room. Thats a huge bonus. Minutes from Rainbow State Park where we went tubing, then poker and horse races at a local casino. We will be returning. Our first time in Dunnellon and it was a cool, friendly place. The Gators den was the was the perfect spot!

rooms are really clean and well stocked, it’s very convenient there’s a restaurant / bar at the hotel and it’s close to everything

the pillows were VERY hard, we had to buy some

The location was great! Free ice very nice!

Seems a little pricey— seems like half that cost would be good.
