"Not worth the hassel"

Great location downtown in Kamloops easily accessible. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Room service is non existent no one answers the phone and the restaurant at the hotel is understaffed with the food not worth the wait and effort required to get it. The hotel cannot provide an invoice if booked via booking.com so don’t stay here for work.

"Hotel was great/ restaurant....not so much."

The hotel was very nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable room.

The restaurant was a disappointment. I checked their online menu before I booked our room the day before we arrived and the menu had changed, we ate supper there but we were not impressed and didn't even bother trying the breakfast.
