I called to see if they offered anything special in the room for birthdays, they said they were going to put a gift basket in the room, but never did! Still a lovely stay though.

Hotel is in a good location, clean and staff friendly. Parking good and safe. Kamloops is Fine and plenty to do..restaurant's etc . Rooms perfect and bed comfy. Would recommend

Breakfast terrible....Go out and get breakfast instead ( Go to 'Hello Toast' ) just down the road ( Walk ) Don't know about dinner at the Hotel - didn't chance it....
