"Noisy AirCon"

The air conditioning in the room was so noisy that we hardly slept at all. Such a shame as we found the staff great, the room comfortable and the location ideal but so glad we only stayed one night as not having any sleep due to the air conditioning repeatedly switching on and off in the night means that I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

"Quick visit"

Only stayed one night as a stop over on the rocky mountaineer train . A big group of people but this hotel was very well organised. The room was very big, 2 queen beds and plenty of room for our massive cases. Extremely clean. Highly recommended

"Good for value hotel"

You can check in thru the Hilton app by I still approached the receptionist as I preferred key cards over digital access. Receptionist was nice and gave free cookies. The room was good, not that great. The shower was very small, minimal toiletries such as lack of toothbrush and toothpaste. The temperature is a little irritating as vents keep on sounding on and off even though we were not adjusting the room temperature. Parking is a little tricky as it is very limited. Checkout was smooth as I used the app to checkout.

"Mixed feelings about staying again."

Location & quality of rooms.

They allow dogs & there was a small dog in the room next door that barked on & off from 3am keeping us awake. I complained but my complaint received no response.
