We didn’t pick this hotel and I was very disappointed when we were put up here by the Rocky Mountaineer Train Tour folks. I usually enjoy staying at a Double Tree Inn but this didn’t meet my standards. Even so, it was good enough for a night’s rest…much better than sleeping on a train.

I'm in a power wheelchair and I booked a wheelchair accessible room. I found the room was a tight fit and the bed was a too soft king bed and too low, which made it very hard to get out of. The toilet was too low which also made it hard to get off of. If you could have a seat riser available would be a help.Thank you for the great service throughout the hotel. I did like the shower as it was easily accessible. Thank you for your consideratiom of this matter, Bradley Jack
