The staff were amazing! However, the bed was hard and not comfortable. Another issue was that there was no hot water for a shower. There was no compensation offered, which was disappointing.

Underlay for the bed and put on the hot water booster when it is overcast.

"Not impressed as we had to carry our luggage a fair way from car park to the room"

The price of $560 a night was outrageous for what you got in the room The room would only rate a 2 to 3 star by Queensland standards. I could have got a 5 star penthouse on the Gold Coast for less than what I paid here. Staff at the continental did not offer any assistance when it was explained we were elderly with medical conditions. We moved to another motel in Broome today with much better facilities and cleanliness for $352 per night with a pool and ocean view room more like a 4 star rating
