The pool was so warm and the beds incredibly comfy!

I could tell most things have been recently updated, but the shower/tub wasn’t. Water pressure was kind of poor and the tub drain was super slow.

People were very nice and friendly

Clean. Fairly good breakfast.

TV didn’t work. Staff had to make three trips to room to program remote. Finally fixed but no NBC on Direct TV. I really wanted to watch Packers on Sunday night football! Disappointing. Bathroom is small for two people.

Great experience at GrandStay. Great location, good value, rooms impeccably clean, staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. Can't comment on breakfast as I'm not a fan of complementary breakfasts at motels (prefer restaurant made to order breakfasts).

Check in was fast as simple with very friendly hotel staff. Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect for my stay - easy to get to and close to pretty much everything. I only sampled a couple of items from the continental breakfast, but what I did try was fresh and tasty.

Normally I bring a small fan along so that I have some "background noise" for sleeping - I forgot to bring my fan. The "constant fan" option on the HVAC did not function while the heat setting was selected. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and asked about availability of a small fan. Unfortunately they did not have a fan for me to use. They told me that they would have maintenance look at the HVAC in the morning. Switching to "Fan" mode was a work-around, but that meant that the heat was OFF. It wasn't horrible, but the room was a little cool when I woke up in the morning. Turning the heat back on quickly brought the room temp back to a comfortable level.
