GrandStay Hotel & Suites

Checked in with a lady named Beth Floding! First time meeting her. She was awesome! Rooms very clean. Breakfast great, pool and everything was great! Price was very fair! I would highly recommend anyone stay there! Many of my relatives stayed there also! We have NO complaints! First time experience with Beth and it was awesome!

I was charged for a pet that I did not have charged 80 dollars extra and did not have a pet!

Girl who helped check us in was very accommodating.

Room was dirty, had a cup full of random pop tabs stacked on the other cups. Huge stain in front of the mini fridge. Staff also wasn't very helpful w the shuttle. We almost missed the wedding bc we weren't told the scheduled shuttle wasn't coming & front desk girl ended up just leaving the desk & going into a separate room down the hall giving us no information besides the name of the shuttle company. When checking out, we told a different front desk gal about the room & she said she would adjust our pay but haven't heard anything back.

My stay was cancelled and i didnt get refunded from what i can see. Plus i am 2 hours away, plans were set in motion. Lady at front found another hotel for me to stay at but it cost me 300 dollars plus 128 for thos room.
