La propreté: pas bien Le plancher de l’ascenseur était sale Le bruit du train est un empêchement pour dormir. Je ne reviendrai pas à cet hôtel

Breakfast: There was a shortage of servers/ staffs. We stayed two days but saw some mis-management. We tried to inform that but the staff were peaches off instead of saying sorry. Specially Manager was too rude. He doesn't know how yo talk with guest. He was too loud with our group. He was acting like boss. He does not want to listen. This kind if customer service not expected from a managee. Elevator: Buttons does not work properly. Need to press couple of time steongly. Room condition: Bed supplies are not up to standard. Broken comforters were found almost every room. Kitchen: Stove oven was too messy, never cleaned. Bdd bug issue: One of our gust complaint about bad bug and showes picttof bites buy manager said to go to doctor instead of appology.
