Quality Inn & Conference Centre Downtown Sudbury

I did not stay at this hotel. Booking.com sent me a message notifying me that they weren´t able to confirm my room at Quality Inn in Sudbury. It made me to look for another accomodation. I called to Booking.com, they sent me to call to the hotel. I did. It was my worse experience with a customer relationship person. I was treated extremely poorly. They clearly stated that only Booking.com can refund my money and that any reservation I make must be paid again. The withheld money was LOST. I am no longer inted to stay at this hotel.

Awkward to get to. Noisy

We had a great stay , the staff was great , cute little breakfast was kinda expecting more, but overall good stay. The location of the hotel is what is not good about it.

Price was good. Parking fills up quick at night. So we just got lucky getting the last spot a couple nights. Bed were comfortable and room was very clean. Shower head was amazing. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. And price was good.

The staff was wonderful and made the stay terrific.

It was a good stay. There aren't many cable options, but it was pretty good for the price. Enough for a stopover and a rest during my time in the city.

The Indian restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. No bed bugs. The bedding and bathroom seemed clean enough although I did not sleep in the bed. The air conditioning unit was quiet.

There was rubbish and cigarette butts strewn around the outside. It was dirty. Outside was dirty, the staff area was dirty, the staff were grubby. The floor in the room was sticky.

There was a wedding on so limited parking.

Emplacement moyen, beaucoup de bruits, route et train. Beaucoup de grosses familles alors le Matin il manquait de nourriture au déjeuner. Chambre de qualité médiocre. Nous nous sommes présentés à 16:30 et notre chambre n’était pas prête. Planchers très collants.
