"Great little hotel"

Great little hotel that does what I need it to. The Clayton area has lots of nice activities and this hotel is close to all of them. There is also a small dog park at the gas station across the road which is a very useful asset. The staff are great, always friendly and helpful

"Worried when I drove up, but a good clean motel room."

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

The outside could use some updates, but the room was fine. Bathtub is a little aged. You can tell floors and tile in the bathroom have been upgraded. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Appalling breakfast. No fruits other than banana, no eggs, no bread ..... It was just waffles and syrup!!

Better breakfast and cleaner rooms.

"They did not provide what I paid for and offered no resolution or remorse"

Nothing .

Booked and paid for a 2 queen bed room several weeks in advance .. when I arrived .. nobody said a word .. got to my room .. only one bed … basically told too bad you prepaid and signed .. if I leave I will still be charged full price for the room .. I have pictures and all the documentation to support this and will not book a windham hotel personal or business

Confirmed disability accessible room reserved room was on 2md floor with no elevator hotel was sold out so not able to switch floors all other hotels in area sold out ended up sleeping in parking lot was in town for funeral so other family members stayed at Days--they said there was garbage left in their room bathroom dirty and beds floor hard
