it was very hard to initially locate our room. The hotel was a little more run down than the pictures online but the room was clean so that was all that really mattered.

"Bad experience"

Terrible service. Cancelled my booking for no reason, then charged my more than my initial booking. Tub drainage was messed up my whole stay, they told me they would fix it, they did nothing. Big spider in the room. Staff was not helpful.

Location

The only staff member that was friendly and helpful was a local resident. When a place of lodging is owned and or managed by people from a certain foreign culture, the focus is never on the guest. There is rare exception to my observation, it’s not a homey, comfortable feeling as with lodging managed by people from our culture.

"Loved the room!"

Everything was great. Housekeepers were very rude and had stairs blocked and wanted us to walk all the way around the whole building instead of simply moving their cart!!
