Good location. Clean.

No air con in this heatwave. Shower over bath is dated.

The fact I booked my room online only to get there to be told all the rooms had gone. They moved me into a 4 star across the road. That was fine. I felt sorry fot the staff. The booking system was terrible

Location, good customer service.

Room was dated and very old. Sideboard was chipped and rotten and bath tap was worn out and rusty. I felt it was not worth £185 for 1 night. I did complain about the sideboard, and got a free breakfast and complimentary drink. Customer service was good.

The staff was so friendly and helpful.

We paid for breakfast but it was un eatable for my husband and I have gluten free and it was all open so cross contamination so would not eat went to car to get my own cereal to be safe. We have stayed here the last 3 years but it as gone down hill and won't be staying there again. The bathroom needs some tlc a seat was missing in the room also.

Gone down hill from last year, breakfast was unbeatable, stayed a few times but that's the last time at that hotel

Ideal location for the cruise terminals, or to walk into town centre .. next to tgi Fridays and McDonald's. Hotel has its own restaurant with small menu. Room ok comfy and basic . It was very warm so fans were placed on the rooms .

Expected more for the price Room had no extras. Fridge, iron etc and was £20 more expensive than the budget version next door.
