"Excellent place to stay in Luzern"

Our day was fantastic. The room was clean and just what we needed. The staff was most professional, and the restaurant was top-notch. Both food and the service were excellent. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

"1ère fois mais pas dernière"

L'emplacement et l'accueil même si " un bon anniversaire" lors de l'enregistrement m'aurait fait super plaisir. Mais certainement pas professionnel. La jeune réceptionniste a été formidable vu mes carences dans la langue de Goethe. Pas eu l'occasion de me rendre au restaurant.

Bra hotell med fin standard!

Elendig/ubrukelig nettverk (0,8 Mbit), og en resepsjonist som gikk rett i forsvar, og hevdet at ingen tidligere har klaget! Hastigheten var ingen påstand, men et målt faktum! Vi fikk ikke planlagt vår reise videre, eller bestilt noe som helst via nett! Med Sveits utenfor EØS var det svært kostbart å benytte 5G!

"Excellent Experience"

Hotel was clean, staff was polite, helpful and friendly. It was conveniently located near train station and Riverwalk. I would give it a five star rating . We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.
