We traveled all throughout Switzerland this trip, and Hotel Continental Park had the best customer service by far! The staff at the front desk was amazing. Always smiling, always ready to help, no request is too big. They were friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. Even when they were busy, if we made a request, they were right on it! When we arrived, they had a great platter of fresh fruit waiting in our room for us. This hotel is the perfect location if you are traveling by train. We hopped off the train and walked right across the street to the hotel. It's in a great walking area, full of restaurants, cafes, markets, the train station, the boat dock for Lake Lucerne cruises, and also just a couple blocks from the famous Chapel Bridge and Old Town. Our room and bathroom were updated, and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Une personne rentre dans notre chambre à 8H30 pendant que l'on dort alors que la porte était verrouillée. L'accueil ne peut pas nous dire si c'est le personnel de l'hotel et ne regarde pas les vidéos pour s'en assurer A peine des excuses, très décevant et inquiétant en termes de sécurité Le prix est délirant

Close to the center, coffee maker, comfortable beds and those amazing duvets! Short but lovely stay. The hotel is very nice. Very nice staff at the reception. Great parking in the garages.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was specious, with large windows that could be opened, allowing in plenty of fresh air. The hotel's location was excellent - right next to the train station and ona the edge of the old town, but in a quiet street. We had a tasty, diverse breakfast buffet.
