Hotel Continental Park

My experience was not great at all - maybe was just an accident? Location, cleanliness, staff - were perfect. What was not good: 1. Noise level - my room - 324. No problem with outside noise, but I think the separating walls with other rooms are very thin as I could hear everything from the neighbouring room - everything: walking, toilet sounds, discussions between the people in the room. I could hear what they were saying to each other - and was just normal conversation. 2. Amenities - the fridge did not work - even though the light was ON inside- so my fruits left inside overnight spoiled, unfortunately. Honestly, fine if fridge does not work, but let the guests know. 3. Worst of all - no running hot water - shower or sink. So, at 23:40 on a Saturday night I had to call the reception to ask for help. I was with a mask on my hair (big mistake to put it before checking if hot water exists in this hotel). The staff (useful) checked another room for a place to take a shower. No hot water there as well. Only at another try - there was hot water so I went at midnight and showered in that room and returned. Following morning - still no hot water in my room.

Room was clean, and very near the train station about 5 to 10 mins away. Very near a coop for quick grocery runs and the place had a nice smell from being well maintained.

No microwave to heat cold food, but i think that is common to hotels in switzlernad

Excellent accueil, chambre très bien rénovée et équipée, propre, donnant sur le parc, emplacement à 20m de la gare, très pratique. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner, personnel arrangeant.

A la réservation, j'avais l'impression qu'il y avait plus d'infrastructures pour les vélos (atelier, réparation, parking à part pour les vélos) alors que ce n'était que pour des vélos de location. J'ai pu tout de même parquer le mien en sécurité dans le garage.

מלון מצוין, חדרים יותר מפנקים ממה שהבנו מהתמונות, ישנו בסוויטה. המיטה נוחה מאוד, הצוות נחמד מאוד. ויתרנו על ארוחת הבוקר החדר היה שקט מאוד למרות המיקום המרכזי

Ruime kamer en mooie badkamer. Perfecte locatie midden in het centrum en vlakbij het station. Vriendelijk personeel. Elisa heeft ons heel fijn geholpen toen we medische hulp (ambulance) nodig hadden. Dit was op de ochtend van vertrek en onze check out werd zonder kosten verlengd . Heel fijn.
