"First ever bad experience using online booking. Makes me skeptical to book online again ever."

I booked thru booking.com only to get to Quality Inn for it to be under renovations. No sign out front saying Quality Inn. Only to see no trespassing signs and door locked. Had to book somewhere else. Needless to say I will NOT be using booking.com ever again. Thankfully got full refund from credit card company. Had great last minute stay at condo Station One.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WE DIDNT EVEN STAY THERE!!! My family and I pull up and it is ABANDONED boards over windows absolutely a ghost town. $930 gone JUST TO SPEND ANOTHER 600 and some at 2 OTHER hotels day of.
