Red Roof Inn & Suites Hermitage

I was able to sleep

It had cockroaches

Nothing place was dirty and falling apart

Everything

The only good thing was that it was close to everything.

I knew it wasn’t going to be a good stay as soon as I walked in and smelled the air. It smelled of urine and or mold. I was first put into a room with no fridge or microwave. Moved down the hall, had no towels, or wash cloths, trash bags, or toilet paper. Sheets and blanket were dirty. They have roaches. Bad. Babies and adults. There is dog poop in bags scattered everywhere outside on the property, in parking spaces, along with other trash scattered in the parking lots. Just an overall terrible stay and red roof should be held accountable and hire more than one house keeper/front desk person.

Well, we didn't get to stay because there was not s single employee in the building. That means no one to check us into our already paid for room late at night....also, there was an actual guest who had a room but he locked himself out and since no employees, he was asleep in the couch in lobby.

Air-conditioning was good, pool no longer in service.place was old and not properly cleaned or cared for. Basically a run down place. Wished i had taken pictures.

red roof inns hermitage pa needs to be remodeled or renovated, its seen better days, they cant compete with holiday inn, Hampton inn, Comfort suites, etc. the big hotel chains, too bad....

The bathroom was filthy. Light & fan did not work. I just hope the sheets were changed. The manager was friendly and nice

They took my money and when I got there no one was at the desk so I had to go to another hotel
