Close to the port. Smells horrible in the lobby. Will not check in early but will be sure to have maids knocking at your door an hour before checkout trying to push you out. Beds very uncomfortable. Plus was hot shower.

The bed was comfortable, but that’s about where the value ends. A wedding or quinceañera was going full blast in the banquet hall until around midnight, and the bass was coming straight through the walls. There’s a $25 parking fee, which felt pretty suspect. Nobody asked what we were driving, didn’t give us a pass, didn’t even mention it at check-in. Just a charge on the bill — felt like a way to squeeze more money without offering much in return. The light switches didn’t work. Neither did the USB ports. The toilet paper was the gas station kind. For what they’re charging, you’d think basic things like lights and outlets would be a given.

The property was conveniently located near the harbor which was great for our weekend plans. However, there were only two bath towels provided for four guests. After two phone calls to the front desk and a two hour wait, it took a personal visit to the desk to get more towels. And on a housekeeping note, our room was NEVER serviced at all during our three night stay. Yes, we were at the end of a very long hall, but not impressed with the level of service. Also the breakfast buffet was seriously overpriced so we opted for a local delicious diner instead. It met our needs but I'd honestly expected more for the price and reputation.

I was an hour and a half early to check in. I asked if there were any rooms available and Emerson was able to get one for me 45 minutes before check in time. He went above and beyond and I’m grateful for that.
