The hotel is tied and in major need of investment. I don’t think the windows, carpets or external areas have been cleaned in years, we need to wear shoes in the room as the black comes from the floor into the bed! Food in the restaurant is average at best. We booked 3 rooms for 17 nights for the family including children, they could not have been put further from each other. This hotel is used by Air China where they have 50 of the rooms permanently booked. I understand it is owned by Chinese who put no investment back into it. A very poor example of a Hilton Double Tree,

The marina view was wonderful and the staff and food in the restaurant was great. However a light in the kitchenette would have been useful, I had to move a lamp in there to see at night. The sofa was dirty and the carpet was really dirty, the bottom of my feet turned black after I showered and walked on it.

As senior citizens, we really noticed and appreciated these things in our room: 4 substantial pillows on our king bed 2 luggage racks (first time I've ever seen that) bathroom light dimmed for a night light

My pillow had hair on it. I wasn't informed that there was no fridge or microwave. I had purchase food while waiting for my room, and my food spoiled. The hotel was expensive, and didn't offer even a continental breakfast. Flies were flying all around. I would never stay hete again
