This was my first trip to Roanoke and my first stay here. The staff was super friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Love the fact that the tvs are updated to smart tvs as well.

The check in staff was terrible. Booking was wrong and the manger was very rude and inconsiderate and refused to refund my money I had to go all the way to Hyatt corporate to get my money refunded. Will never book at this particular location again
