Location and place was clean

Power went out around 4:30 AM to 5 AM. I sleep with a CPAP machine and once power went out, could not breathe well and did not rest well. I talked to staff about 6:15 AM in the lobby in the complete dark and they were not very sympathetic to my situation. I was ready to eat breakfast, but of course no power so no breakfast until about 7 AM. I was thinking a refund would be in order or at least a partial refund for my discomfort because of the lack of power.

"Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in!"

This is the worse Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. Shade will not raise making the room very dark and the people at the desk said that several are broken. Carpet has spots, adjoining room (can hear loud noises, people screaming), traffic noise, and the pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Internet doesn’t work either.
