This hotel is very cute. It looks like a castle with stained glass windows and a knight’s armor in the lobby. We arrived just after check out was done, fully expecting to drop our bags with them and head to Disneyland. To our surprise, our room was ready and it was 11:30am. We were able to get ready for our day at Disneyland. The walk to was just a few minutes. The room was roomy and clean, with plenty of places to store our bags. The beds were comfortable, but the blankets were thin. It got cold over night. We tried turning down the AC but it was still cold. My only recommendation would be for them to add a small table on the other side of the bed. Over all, we will definitely be looking at this hotel if we come back.

I would never stay at this hotel again. It was very obvious that it was an old hotel and has never been renovated and has hardly even had routine maintenance done. The birds were horrible with paper, thin blankets and the pillows were rock hard. We even asked the office if there were new pillows and they said they knew they were bad and they didn’t have anything else. I will say that everything was clean and housekeeping did a great job but in our bathroom, there was a ton of paint peeling and just a lack of basic upkeep. The staff was very friendly and it did feel very safe. Overall, there are much nicer hotels in the area for a very similar price so I would not spend money on this one.

Ten minute walk to Disneyland. Safe and well populated location. There are many hotels on this street. Our hotel was adequate, not luxurious or fancy, but worth what we paid. Comfortable beds, ice machine nearby, small coffee maker in room. We didn’t drive but the parking lot looked spacious. Working elevator. Check in was great with very friendly front desk staff. We would stay here again while visiting Disneyland!

I loved this hotel, would def stay again. Our room was always cleaned, even when we slept in and missed the initial housekeeping sweep by.

This was a return trip to Anaheim with my daughters (19 & 22) and Mum (80). We had stayed 10 years ago but not at this property. We always walked past the Castle Inn & Suites though and liked the look and theme so decided to stay here this trip. We had a two bedroom suite at the back of the hotel away from the road. Of an evening you could hear traffic noise but it wasn't enough to interrupt sleep. The rooms are a great size and the second room has it's own sink. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for four! The location is awesome, a quick walk down the road straight into the Parks. The staff were friendly and the property always clean and tidy. In the morning it can be noisy early with excited kids running up and down outside your room but it's hard to be mad knowing they are probably just stoked to be going to Disneyland! We were on the second floor and there was a lot of heavy steps from the room above so if you can get on the top floor I'd recommend it. Overall though - would the four of us stay here again? Absolutely!!

Needs updating and better mattresses/pillows. Parking stalls are too narrow.
