We have stayed here a couple times before. It’s perfect for us, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and with 2 teenagers a room with 2 beds and pullout sofa is essential. We have LOVED staying here in the past so we were excited to stay again.

Lobby is under construction which in itself is not a big deal but check-in was horrible. Staff was MIA we waited 20+ minutes with several other guest just to get our room. We tried calling as the sign suggested (telling me this is not a one time occurrence) but the phone ringing was at the empty registration table. Construction also affected breakfast location. It was a little cramped but food was still ok.

Location.

The bathroom was so small that you couldn't even up the door without standing back in the shower. If you sat on the toilet the door went right across your leg. The elevators would not move when you get in them you have to get off and then try again. The maintenance of the building has been poorly maintained. Not what I was expecting for the price.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with decent options. Safe neighborhood and ample space for parking. I had my car full of stuff and I could check it from my room’s window. Staff were all very friendly and polite.

I have no complaints.
