We were in town for a baseball tournament and were treated very rudely by staff and other guest for the entire stay

There was a pool...that's about it.

Not worth the price we paid but it was okay. The hallways were dirty and the bathroom was sort of run down. The pool was freezing, tough for my little kid to enjoy and want to be in.

The breakfast was ok. Didn't have many hot items like pictured in hotel photos. Didn't refill things well.

The night staff man. He was very aggressive and blamed us for things other people were doing in the pool. We were 9 mins late getting out of the pool after closing time. As we apologized and let him know sorry we didnt realize he called us liars and Threatened to take our deposit and had an attitude. Apparently some other guests in the pool had yelled at him when he came down to the pool. we tried explaining it wasnt us, he called us liars and was trying to start stuff. Ive never had anyone is customer service act the way he was acting. He literally was being mean, and talking crap for no reason. There was no reasoning with this man. When we spoke with the manager in the morning about it, she was very kind and understanding /apologetic. Which was very nice. But it's unfortunate that man acted that way. If it wasn't for the hotel being non refundable we would have left that night. Definitely will never be staying there again.

The pools and arcade games. Very cozy rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

The pool hours. I believe 11 pm is more reasonable due to the amount of ball players families that stay there. Myself included. My first floor window curtains did not close all the way nor have the option to close all the way. Zero privacy. Not a great breakfast buffet as there were limited options meaning 1 as far as hot food thats ready.
