The rooms smell mildew and the pool jacuzzi water was dirty

The indoor pool area was cool and has a lot of potential, and our room was clean.

The pool situation was a disaster. We were given wristbands that would lead you to believe some sort of enforcement would be taking place to keep non paying people from infiltrating the pools, but they did not. It was a mad house, children in diapers (not swimming ones), teen boys in boxer briefs, young kids unsupervised that weren't strong swimmers, and none of them had wristbands on. Trash everywhere from the day before still out when the pool opened the following day and 0 towels. Breakfast was underwhelming, and it was the first time I've stayed anywhere where staff were helping themselves during breakfast hours in plain view, making paying customers have to wait for them bizarre.

Was quiet for most part

That I had to pay an extra $100 on top of what I was expecting to pay for incidentals they should include that in the price bc I didn’t budget for that, water pressure in shower was low but other than that it was good

The indoor pool area with seating was pretty cool. Didn't have kids with me,but would have been fun for kids. Outdoor pool wasn't open, due to time of year. Pool table and air hockey would have been fun to play, but the area was like a storage area and unable to maneuver to play comfortably. Breakfast was nothing special, the usual blah free breakfast. The sitting area was large and we actually played cards the night prior down there, was a great place for all in our group to gather. Room was good, bed comfortable enough for 1 night. Felt room was clean

Afternoon staff was rude. Night and morning staff great. Our room view was literally a wall outside the window, not that it is a location for good views anyway.
