The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy

charged us for our REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL and said it was for a pet fee. Even though every booking site says “pet friendly without fee” First they said it’s cause we didn’t TELL them about the pet, and when we proved that we DID tell them, they changed their story and said it was because we “stained the sheets and left dog hair”. For a registered service animal, they charged us. We left the room completely spotless and they lied and said we trashed it just to cover themselves. Then they won’t pick up phone calls and would ignore my calls. Finally picked up and phone and they threatened me and said “I know who you are I would watch what you say to me”. On another note, Nasty rooms, only stayed cause it was cheap. Not even worth the cheap price. No hot water, bed was broken, sheets were wrinkled like they weren’t washed, hair in sink and shower, urine on the toilet, Moldy/ old window AC unit, foul smell in the hallways. I woke up with some type of bug bite on my leg. Itchy, still not sure what it was. Staff does not speak english well and it’s impossible to ask for anything. Example: asked for toothpaste but front desk couldn’t understand me, then finally they said they didn’t have any left. Creepy guys walking around that just stare at you. Like they are walking around barefoot in and out of the front office and back into rooms.

I liked that the employees were friendly and professional.

I didn't like that every time I sat on the bed, the metal bed frame made a banging sound that made me think it may buckle underneath me.

Toilets did not flush on the first try. Bathroom tissue was the cheapest I have experienced. Electrical outlets, some did not work. Small TV's without being able to swivel.

Very clean.

The toilets were very low to the ground The bed was horrible. Didn't get much sleep. The shower tub was slippery. The grip bar were smooth, hand just slid on it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean.

There are too many stairs for a 72-year-old person. Should have available rooms on the first floor.
