"Very nice stay"

We stayed one night as we were passing through town. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Room was well maintained and clean. Owners are in the process of remodeling, and our room was done nicely. Comfortable bed and hot breakfast. Would stay again!

They were installing new tile and that went on all night. We were next to the laundry and someone was doing laundry at 3:00am. So the property was clean and acceptable but the noise level was too much.

"DO NOT STAY HERE!"

We had reservation and confirmation number. When we got there they initially took my information and then said "no king bed" in broken English. I said that was ok we'd take any room. Then she motioned us away from the front desk so she could call the owner on the phone. After the call she said "no rooms". Apparently they had someone else paying higher and gave our room away. Very unprofessional. Very scary place. There was a SUV in the parking lot sitting with the trunk open. This sat for a long time, when we tried to explain it to the girl at the front desk she didn't understand so we showed her thinking she would report it. As we were leaving we saw 2 scary foreign guys close it from a distance but this looked very scary for a criminal scam. Also, the front desk forgot to give me my driver's license back and we had to go back and get it. This whole place is very sketchy and I would not recommend it to anyone!

"Good place to stay."

It was vey nice and clean. Check in fast and easy. Nice breakfast set up and plenty of choices - I just did't get the chance to eat because I had to leave earlier. Price quality it was excelelnt. Very quiet place and plenty of parking. Thank you for a nice stay.

Nothing I could think of - I only stayed 1 night.

The name Quality is not indicative of the hotel. I paid for an upgraded room, but caulking was needed in the bathroom, the finishes were very cheap and the floor had prominent, deep scratches in the floor. The "head boards were something I could have done easily as a DIY. The breakfast was not great. The eggs were pitiful. Why not have scrambled as least. I just won't stay at a "Quality Inn" again. The price was okay, but it was hardly "quality."
