Bio Habitat Hotel, AKEN SOUL Collection

This is a stunning property - One that you will think about long after you leave. I spent several days at the hotel doing some soul searching. This place is great for just that as well as disconnecting from the city life and recharging. I extended my stay several times and ended up staying a total of nine days. I experienced a master suite and a master aviary. Both were unbelievably beautiful and unforgettable. Worth mentioning is the food - this chef manages to highlight Colombian ingredients in all her dishes and has elevated Colombian food in a way I have not Experienced before. While I had a customer service mishap - Juan Guillermo the Head of Accommodations and Spa jumped in the next morning to manage it beautifully and with the tact and professionalism I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. His involvement made me forget what may otherwise have left a poor taste in my mouth. Daniel who was charged with driving guests around the property had great vibes and a willingness to help. Jose from the restaurant/room service was also lovely and so were Jorge and Jose from the spa. If you happen to be a bird lover - this place is unbelievable - without trying I logged in 28 bird distinct and colorful bird species . I cannot wait to be back. I will gladly recommend this place to friends, coworkers and acquaintances.

Amenities, the food at the restaurant was delicious, the rooms were all beautiful(stayed in 3 different ones)the views were breathtaking, location is amazing, felt safe, the best customer service, great Spa(Martha is a wonderful masseuse, loved they had yoga everyday(Nancy is phenomenal)Truly had one of the best experiences EVER!

La atención, las instalaciones, desde el primer momento fueron excepcionales, va a ser mi hotel fijo siempre que regrese a la zona.

La ducha en Búho podría estar un poco mas separada de la pared, aparte de eso todo fue perfecto

El lugar es espectacular; vistas y habitaciones . Lascomida del restaurante tanto cenas como desayunos excelente y un servicio bueno

Muchísimo ruido de música DJ por las noches de la zona de restaurante/piscina. Estuve alojado 2 noches ( domingo y lunes) y ambas noches la música estaba altísima hasta las 10-11 pm ( cuando al hacer el check in te informan que no se puede poner música en las habitaciones/villas a partir de las 21h) para el descanso de los huéspedes. A pesar de contactar con recepción varias veces ambas noches no cesaron o bajaron la música. Muy difícil descansar por la noche hasta que apagan la música.
