This property is beyond next level. Want a slice of heaven.....THIS IS IT!!! The team...wow factor. They grated us like gold!! They put this beautiful property over te top. Christian made a beautiful sign for my wife's 65th birthday. Patricia's service will always be remembered. We feel bad to only mention 2..becuase the truth is that évery single staff member served with excellence. What struck us was their joy!!! They are so happy. What a thing of beauty. Also...the vibe between the staff is fabulous. This says a lot about management!! Congrats on creating a stellar team!!!!

El hotel es muy bello, la atencion es muy buena. Los alimentos deliciosos.

En diferentes medios encontre que las tarifas fuctuan mucho. En booking mencionaban que e el valor era de 500000 la noche, luego reserve pero la tarifa llego a 900000 . Pero cuando ya estaba en el hotel y como arte de magia , cuando ya no tenia reversa la tarifa que me aplicaron fue 1300000. Pregunte y me comentaron que tienen un sistema de tarifas mivibles. Realmente se me hizo que sus tarifas roban a los clientes. Sinembargo el hotel es muy lindo.

The views were stunning and the room really well designed. The reception were attentive and answered every question or request really quick. The staff in the spa were excellent, and every waitress we had in Basto were fabulous.

I didn't like that we weren't given any water after the first day in the room. If we got thirsty or ran out water we'd taken to the room we had to pay 15,000 pesos for a bottle from the mini bar. When the water from the tap isn't good for drinking, the hotel should provide at least a litre of filtered water a day.

Espectacular el área de restaurante y la naturaleza y vistas

Solo una mesa de noche en la habitación es algo incomodo, y pequeños detalles por ejemplo colocar alguna mesa para colocar maleta de mano, solo hay una y como la habitación es enfocada en la naturaleza literal la otra toca colocarla en el piso. Llueve bastante y no tienen tapete a la entrada asiq ue entras y mojas toda la habitación.
