Bathroom grout and tub were dirty; I didn’t even want to get in and shower. Towels and bedding were less than clean, towels were dingy and comforter was stained (it was covered by a top and bottom sheet). Musty smell increased throughout the night and was pretty much unbearable when we checked out at 10am. Carpet in the hallway was stained, most noticeable was the big bleach stain on the 3rd floor by the elevator and right outside our room at 6:30 am, laid a dirty diaper and bag of trash which was still there when we left. TV remotes were broken so it was difficult trying to navigate it to watch TV. Complimentary breakfast was still frozen when we got there (patty sausage), coffee was good but there wasn’t any sugar or cream, only the powered creamette and Splenda. My husband seemed to have like the bagels but was disappointed that there wasn’t any cream cheese. The wasn’t any water or ice in the dining area either although they did have some water with lemon and ice in a dispenser by the front desk.

The food was rebook from the day before cereal was old bread was not fresh. Someone needs to go and check out this place and the staff the older lady is not nice very mean I would have her the first thing you see when you come in.

The first thing is get some people in who will welcome your guest in and smile and greet people clean the place up and not have people standing around like it's a hang out this place make your name look bad

I like the beds and cleanliness

The staff, ESPECIALLY the older African American lady (only one), and the light skinned black lady, are HORRIBLE. The older lady wanted to kick my kids and myself out at 2:30am because I came to get my room card reprogrammed a second time. She was asking how long it would take to get packed and out and I let her know my kids are upstairs asleep. She said get out at 11am and never come back. She was sleeping in the lobby and I woke her to reprogram the card. She immediately started yelling at me and making threats in regards to me apparently doing something to the cards. I don’t know what I can do to them except use them or throw them away. I’ll never come back. They threw another lady out in the middle of the night and refused to refund her for her upcoming nights she already paid for. This lady continually lied and said I trashed all the rooms on the third and second floor, like I have access to all of the rooms, and banned me from coming back.
