I was happy with the staff. Chris and Ebony very professional and nice. No attitudes or being unruly....just professional. My stay was nice.

The only thing I didn't like, was the "kitchen area" closed to early. In my opinion, at least stay open until 6pm.

"Expensive for what it offers and an old hotel with old habits"

Parking

The whole experience was a mess. Let’s go step by step: Parking was ok. Reception staff not so polite…I like the “Good evening…Welcome…How are you” type of basic treatment. Lady was more worried to collect the security deposit. I booked a KING room with 2 King beds in booking.com and I confirmed with the Lady if it was right and available and she said yes. Any other information from her like…”breakfest time, internet password, nothing”…Ok, 3rd floor then. About to take the elevator someone from the staff said…”If I were you would not take this elevator..You might be trapped in, etc” ok…stairs and full of old nasty carpet. Got to the room and surprise…old carpet room with 2 QUEEN beds. Let’s go get a shower….nasty, unclean and full of stains shower curtain. My girls didn’t want to take the shower. Next morning, breakfast was only ok. Only till 09:30 on a Sunday…according to Lady in reception “that is the hotel policy”…No tea served and typical wafer machine that kids like. Checkout was super ok and fast, since I had already paid through booking.com . Summary, I know it is an economic and humble type of inn hotel, but paying $170 a night to get what I got…too expensive. Never more in Comfort Inn suites.

"It was not a bad place to stay."
