The ambience was really beautiful with the Holiday decorations. I love the customer service and the hospitality of the entire team

The one bartender at happy hour trying to accommodate all the quest . He does very well but sometimes he could use some help .

Love the hotel

We had asked to have rooms together. It wasn’t so much that it didn’t work out. It was more that the staff acted like it was a huge. They were great on the phone about the possibility and did tell us it may not work and it wasn’t that it didn’t work.

The pool area was not clean ans extremely over crowded at most times with very unruly kids, one parent over 10-20 kids at a time in a small pool to begin with. We booked adjoining rooms and upon checking in was informed the rooms were not adjoining and actually on opposite ends of the floor which then caused our parties to have to separate for most of the trip. On top of that, I called the day before check in to confirm we were adjoined and was told yes. Room was outdated and even wallpaper was torn in the seating area of the room and bathroom tub area was dirty.
