"Overcharging "

Check in was troublesome as I had already paid on hotels.com. Establishment asked to verify my card and charged it for incidentals. Normal procedure, but also charged me again for the room. It took 4 days for the charge to get refunded. Travelers may need that money while on their trip. I was lucky to not need those funds, but others may not. Establishment did not seem to understand or care about the charge not being refunded promptly.

The staff will rob you. They had bed bugs. Roaches and even if you don’t stay there they will charge your card for the days you aren’t there
