Too small bathroom Very loud street noise from cars and mitorcycles

The rooms were clean but the frequency of cleaning the room was not up to par. Staff were very helpful and responsive to my requests.

Breakfast was not tasty at all.

Very disappointing experience at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead. We stayed as a group in January and each of us was required to pay a deposit at check-in. While this is standard the problem is that months later none of us have received our refunds We have tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times through different channels but have received no response whatsoever

Breakfast was cheap. Bacon bits? Seriously? At the price you charge, real bacon should have been standard. It is in most of the other places I stay at. No grits, food was generally cold and the hash browns were all soft. Have your crew work smarter and harder to provide something better than old food.

Carpets not cleaned, the breakfast was subpar. Staff was excellent, location was excellent, as was that restaurant you offered a 15% coupon for. Louisiana Beaurdoux. Damn, that was the highlight of my stay! Also, walking so far to get your car was a PIA. but that's why I avoid cities.

Close proximity to food and shopping in a safe neighborhood

The hotel advertised premium drinks. The drink was awful and was 26.00 for margarita. Had to pay 18.00 to park for the night

My debit card is always being double and triple charged . I’m never staying there ever again.
