Hyatt Place Atlanta Buckhead

Hotel (Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead), did not return the 250 US dollars deposit that I had paid after I checked out. They also deducted an extra 600 US dollars without authorization. Moreover, when I checked out, they refused to provide me with the bill. They asked me to request the bill from the booking system, but no reply was received for the application made on the booking system. Please handle this as soon as possible!!! My name: Xinyi Yang

Pretty comfy, second time staying, will continue

No microwave in room

Do not stay in this hotel. I stayed here for work and found my room to be dingy and dirty. The entire room was filthy, especially the shower floor. I found a bedbug on my bed which I brought down to the front desk at almost midnight. They had to take the room out of service. Not only were there no other rooms available, there were no rooms in all of Atlanta. After spending an hour looking for a room, I ended up having to move to a hotel almost an hour away. Don’t stay here unless you want bedbugs. No one from Hyatt or hotel management has reached out to me after the incident.

Customer service always great and excellent breakfast.
