"I had a decent stay and was able to get the rest that I needed"

Being able to control the heat my room was on the first floor and the bedding was comfortable

Even though I made reservations online checking in took long having one person at the desk. Then he gave me a hard time with my reservation and that he did not see it in the computer and to call the third party which I booked it through. I did not like his attitude. I was exhausted and I went outside looked at my kids and went back in and showed him my email again and demanded he check again then he got on top of it but charged me a deposit fee which I paid because I needed some sleep. Once I got my room key everything else was fine

"Served it's purpose"

Breakfast was OK.

Inoperable light switch by front door, loose TP hanger, bed was really stiff, TV remote needed battery. Lots of road noise outside.

The location.

Dirty room, broken microwave, no hair dryer even i request at the time of booking, and when you ask for hair dryer they delivered it the next day. This property needs total renovation.
