The room was nasty we booked for two nights only stayed one and they would not refund us a full night's stay they said best we can do is 30 bucks out of 71 bucks missing cover plates on outlets stains on every thing even the lamps light not working and the staff was sweet but very unhelpful in getting a refund for the 2nd night

Not much

I requested a first floor room with two beds. Was told only one bed room available. So we had to on second floor with elevator. First thing no working lights at vanity. Told front desk. Nothing. Beds we just ok. It very comfortable. In the morning discovered only ONE towel, 2 hand towels, a bath mat and NO washcloths. Plus had already discovered floor was very dirty. I mopped it with bath mat and hand towel. Yes I do have pictures. We had stayed at this place before about was ok. Not this time. And never again. It sure was a rip off costing $100 a night. Checked the next morning only eight cars total in the parking lot and 16 rooms on our side of the hotel. Front desk lied about rooms on first floor.

The location was great.

The room was filthy and house keeping had to come in and clean it.. the exterior door wasn’t working so we kept getting lock out or had to enter on the other side of the building,the key pads to the room kept having to be reset, the sink light bulbs were blown, then we was given bulbs to replace ourselves,, and they didn’t work.. then didn’t have any more replacements bulbs. Had to take the night stand lamp in there to shave etc,

Check in was exceedingly slow and I heard her say ice machines were broken. I told her not to put the deposit on the same payment card, and she did it anyway. Dogs were barking and smell of pot on the floor. Bed platform is hollow aluminum, so every time you move, you hear it. Paint was peeling and dust in vents. When I took shower in the morning, I discovered mold on shower curtain. Told checkout clerk and he asked why I didn't change room.... Because I didn't take shower until the morning! Breakfast was just cold items and waffles, nothing special

Location great, breakfast was nice, bed comfortable.

The walls need to be cleaned. I noticed blood and other nasty stains on the walls specifically the bathroom.
