I really loved the indoor Patio ,it was so cute . I loved the location. , Down side was the bathroom it was a bit small ,no room to do makeup.

It's very comfortable and close to St Kilda restaurants and music venues. We're from Geelong and we always stay here when we come to St Kilda

Was close to the venue where we had an event. Staff were very helpful after checkout when i had left items in the room.

No major problems other than the internet being slow. I was only getting about 7mbps which had me struggling to work remotely. Also, as others have mentioned, the kitchenware is shabby. The plates aren’t even microwave safe, so be careful. The microwave is the most ridiculous model I have ever encountered, and the refrigerator is just a mini-fridge despite there being enough room for a full size. Still, everything was doable, and the hotel is in a pretty convenient location.

Brilliant location. Perfect for a concert at the Palais. The shortest walk to Ackland st for food and drinks.

It was good, the fridge though in room sounds like it’s going it was hard to go to sleep at night with that in back ground as well as other noises from outside. Last time we stayed there few years ago was great it was on the inside this time we had to walk outside to get to the room it just wasn’t as comfy could hardly get in and out of shower. Pillows were just ok. But it was good location and easy to get to and from the tram.

Fabulous place to enjoy the fun of Acland St! Secure paid off street parking, easy walking to the MEMO, Palais and Luna Park, close to trams too.

Fantastic location for getting into city centre by tram ( great value) Also sight seeing in and around the Melbourne area. Conveniently located very near the water front watching the sun go down is a must. Also near the Palais Theatre and for those wanting fun Luna Park. Nice roomy room with great facilities

The location is great but property is tired looking. As my flight was delayed I had to do self check in and would have had to any time after 8.30pm. It was a very cold night and the room was freezing. No one had thought to turn the aircon on and someone was up early the following morning, talking loudly so a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.
