The room is clean The hotel is quite, and safe

I didn't like 2 things: 1- the guy in the reception insisted to hold $100 as security deposit to be refunded at the check out time, but he doesn't! I kept waiting for a couple of days after checking out And I surprised that he charged me the $100 !!!, so I called the hotel to ask them to refund me my money. What you supposed to be refunded at the check out hour, then, he took two days to make refunding for $80 .. 2- in the checkout day, I asked him to let me make late. Check out only one hour, he insisted to charge me $10 per hr! I said, okay. So I did check out only one hour late.Which is 12 p.m, when I ask it him to refund me, the $100 deposit, after cutting $10 for that hur, he did charging me $20 dollars instade of $10 !!! So I called him back wondering why he charged me. Double amount. However, he have they check out time on the system. So he promised he would return the $10 but he didn't! I want trust to repeat this visit anymore in this hotel.

Bereits bei der Anreise machte das Objekt von außen einen sehr gepflegten und einladenden Eindruck. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Beim ersten Betreten des Zimmers fiel sofort ein angenehmer Duft auf, und die Sauberkeit war besonders hervorzuheben – alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und einladend. Auch die Größe des Zimmers war sehr angenehm. Der Kühlschrank verfügte zusätzlich über ein kleines Gefrierfach, und eine Mikrowelle war ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre noch eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen. Der Frühstücksbereich war sehr sauber und bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Besonders positiv fiel die moderne Kaffeemaschine auf, bei der sogar drei verschiedene Sirupsorten für den Kaffee angeboten wurden..

Habitación sucia. Sabanas, cobijas y almohadas manchadas. Cabellos en la nevera y mesa principal. Baño sucio en puertas, paredes, piso y ducha. Paredes sucias. Cama ruidosa. Un asco total

El desayuno muy pobre ..solo tres cosas para escoger ..pan cereal o pancakes el cafe muy malo...

I did not stay the night. I left because the room was terrible.

As soon as I walked in the door you smell a bad musty smell. The fan in the bathroom was loud and old. I check the beds at all hotels I stay in. Under the mattress pad on both beds were hairs. On one bed was hair on top of the blanket. I knew if we switched rooms it would be better. So checked out and didn't stay there.
