I had to check out a few minutes after checking in due to seeing bed bugs in the room/bed. Front desk staff was professional but wasn’t able to help due to her not being a manager. I waiting to be refunded by Expedia upon investigation

"Excellent"

The staff was very polite and attentive. Bed was comfortable. The room set up was awkward with the sink outside the bathroom. Tables/umbrelles around the pool were broken

Rooms were spacious, but no daily cleaning and we found bed bugs which we reported. The maid and custodian were helpful. The manager has not done anything for us other then saying he would have it cleaned. My daughter was bitten up.

Stayed the night just to sleep before continuing our rd trip. Hotel was fine for that the only downfall was the curtain to the window didn’t go down so all the lights from the street were coming in not ideal when we just came to sleep but once we fell asleep no other issues. I would stay again family did have breakfast they said it was good oh and super close to a Walmart if you were staying longer and needed to do a store run.

Weekend stay---It was an okay stay, the staff was awesome, and great location with lots of restaurants... I didn't like the hotel breakfast and the beds was uncomfortable...Yes, I would stay here again...

"Well done Hyatt Place Greensboro!"

Our stay was great. We were in town for my niece's graduation, and the location allowed us to easily access everything. The breakfast provided each morning was exceptional. I would definitely choose this hotel when I visit the area in the future.

Good, family friendly hotel. The rooms felt humid, unless the ac was running, which is fine if you like that much ac. Overall, good hotel!

The telephone did not work, WiFi took forever to connect, need variety with the bed pillows they were awful, beds could be updated, shower amenities were not filled, no dust ruffle on beds and bed springs were stained.

The staff and service were great, and they got us in a room quickly. The bathtub had a little mold in corners, but otherwise everything was great.
