Great place great decor great location great price

Rather shady neighborhood near the central station. At check-in we were warned that cars are frequently broken into, but the nearest parking garage is 800m away. We had reserved a room with two double beds because we did not want a sleep sofa, but we got a room with a single double bed and a sleep sofa. We asked at the front desk but there was nothing they could do.

Stayed 1 night, didn't have breakfast. Great family room. Square outside hotel room (ground floor with opaque window) frequented by people drinking cans of beer and noise of drunks talking right outside window of our room went on for half an hour from around 11.30pm

Property is ok, no fridge

Room size, nice bathroom and free laguage storage.

The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming- she didn’t create a great impression but the hotel was really clean with a good breakfast. The mattress could have been better - it wasn’t very comfortable. The male receptionist on the second day was much better. The location is great, right by the station and just a ten minute walk to the more picturesque parts of the city.

This hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. Everything was new and very clean. The best part was the service. I had a bad night elsewhere in Brussels with no aircon so I turned up early in the morning and they still managed to get me a super early check in with no extra charge. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Beautiful room and the buffet breakfast was decent. Good sized bathroom with a nice shower.

This is a beautiful hotel strange Location. The location is A little industrial and a little looking poor. Is a shame because the hotel is absolutely beautiful.
