Urban Yard

Besides the location on this hotel is in a very dodgy and ugly area, the hotel itself is well managed, quite clean, high quality bedroom and nice shared area in the entrance. Negative aspect was the hotel charging for coffee capsules when the daily rate is quite expensive. I never saw this anywhere, my tip? Offer to customer for free as is already included in the price for booking.

The room was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was super tasty and fresh :) Would highly recommend!!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. We also loved the on-site facilities and restaurant, which served delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel ambas veces con familia con niños. Está muy cerca de la estación de Bruselas Midi y a pasos de una estación del metro. Es muy conveniente para visitar los mercados navideños y para hacer excusiones de un día a otras ciudades de Bélgica. El único problema es que la zona de Bruselas Midi siempre parece insegura, como muchas otras grandes estaciones en Francia o Italia. Hay personas deambulando o personas durmiendo en la calle o la estación. Pero fuera de eso el hotel tiene excelentes habitaciones familiares y un buen desayuno. Y todo está ordenado u muy limpio.

Just stayed here for one night to be near the airport for the next morning. The area around the hotel is a bit rough but it was great to get into the hotel because it was so quaint and cosy. Very nice staff.The room was lovely. Abig family room with everything you needed.

Great hotel and person at reception was very friendly and welcoming (Taiwanese guy). Although the hotel is a fairly convenient walk into the centre of Brussels the area around the hotel is a little dodgy and dirty (as is the case with hotels near trains stations in any city!). This shouldn't deter anyone from choosing to stay at Urban Yard, I found it great!

Location

The hotel is in a convenient location, the neighborhood is still up and coming. The area felt a bit grungy. Wish there were more restaurant options. Staff were very nice and responsive.

Comfortable area not the greatest due to a shelter a few block down,in reality we never felt unsafe but excellent location 10 minutes walks to international train station , 15 minutes walk to the center of brussels. Great vibe and good buffet breakfast

It was conveniently located, good bed and excellent breakfast.
